Location and people
Who is already on that road, who is moving in, and whether those people can pay the rent inside the price.
Does the property work
Configuration, plot, parking, and whether you can move in. A high price on the wrong property is not a good deal.
Paper check
Sale deeds, loan records, the approved plan, tax, and rent agreements are checked before we ask you to spend a Saturday on a site visit.
Is the first call charged?
No. If any fee applies later, we agree it in writing before the work starts. The first call is only to see if we can help.
Can I see everything this Saturday?
It is better to see two properties that match what you want than six that do not. Please call first. Availability changes during the week.
What do you handle?
Apartments, villas, independent houses, and offices in Hyderabad. We say which of the four a property is before the visit.
Can you arrange a loan?
We are not a bank. We can arrange the papers in an order your bank can read.
